We finally had some rain yesterday! No need to water the garden today. It made for lovely sleeping weather. July was one of the hottest in the history of the area.
I love the rain: the sound, the feel, the smell. I thought my little picture of the squirrels under the umbrella was fitting for this post.

What a darling rain picture. I loved reading your lovely description of our rainy day on your blog. I love the rain, especially when there is thunder and lightning to go with it.
